Location

Newbury is 4 miles south of junction 13 on the M4 motorway, with access via the A34 dual carriageway. The town is recognised as the main commercial centre in West Berkshire, some 15 miles to the west of Reading, 10 miles north west of Basingstoke, and 59 miles west of central London. The Overbridge Square business park campus is located approximately 2 miles to the east of the town centre and affords vehicular access to the A4 within a distance of approximately 400m. The development is very close to the Kennet & Avon canal, Newbury racecourse and the Racecourse station for mainline trains to London Paddington (approximately 1hr 10mins).
